Mouth tape — three builds
Cotton, collagen-infused and hydrogel mouth tape, so you can feel the difference in breathability, hold and removal before you choose a spec.
Material and adhesive swatches
The non-woven substrates and adhesive grades we run, including the gentler grade most brands pick for nightly wear. Hold a swatch against your own benchmark.
Packaging samples
Retail box, pouch and counter display unit, plus an insert card. Check board weight, print register and how the pack stands on a shelf.
Print and colour proof
Send your artwork and we print a short run with your logo on the strip and on the pack. This is the prototype step, and it takes a few days longer than the stock kit.

A one-page index of the certificates and test reports that ship with your order, with links to the public records you can verify yourself on /resources.
Kit contents follow what we run in stock at the time of shipping. If a listed item is out of stock we substitute the nearest equivalent and say so before the kit goes out.

Stock kits leave the factory within 1–3 business days by express courier (DHL / UPS / FedEx). Transit is typically 3–7 business days depending on destination.

You test, we adjust
Test adhesion, peel force, comfort and pack quality. Tell us what to change — adhesive grade, strip shape, size mix, print — and we quote the revised spec within 24 hours.

Approve, then order
Once you approve the sample, production runs 7–15 days. Stock products start at 500 boxes; fully custom packaging starts at 5,000 boxes.

The kit is free because it is a sourcing tool for businesses. That means we ask a few questions first.
Yes — send the kit
- You own a brand, or you buy for one — importer, distributor, retailer, pharmacy group or marketplace seller.
- You can tell us the target market and the channel you sell through.
- You have a rough launch volume in mind, even if it is only a first-order estimate.
- You use a company email address, or you can point us to a storefront or company site.
No — we will pass
- Personal or single-pack requests — the kit is a sourcing tool, not a retail order.
- Requests with no market, channel or SKU. We cannot pick the right box without them.
- Resale of the samples themselves. Samples are supplied for evaluation.

No charge for the stock kit. If you ask for a custom printed prototype, a small development fee may apply and is refunded against your first bulk order.

Express, DAP terms
Shipped by DHL, UPS or FedEx. We quote the freight option with the kit. Import clearance and any duties or taxes on arrival are handled by you.

1–3 days to ship, 3–7 days in transit

After You Test

Once you tell us what to change, we quote the revised specification within 24 hours. Production runs 7–15 days after you approve the sample, and we ship worldwide under EXW, FOB (Xiamen/Shanghai), CIF or DDP.

Is the sample kit really free?
Yes, for qualified buyers — there is no charge for the stock kit. If you ask for your own artwork printed on the strips and packaging, a small development fee may apply and it is refunded against your first bulk order.
How long does it take to arrive?
Stock kits ship within 1–3 business days and express transit is typically 3–7 business days depending on destination. A custom printed prototype takes 3–5 business days to produce before it ships.
What do I need to provide to qualify?
Your company name, the market you sell in, the channel you sell through, the SKUs you want to test and a rough volume. A company email address or a link to your storefront or company site is enough to confirm you are buying commercially.
Can I get my own logo printed on the samples?
Yes. Send high-resolution artwork and our in-house design team adapts it to the strip shape and the pack. Printed prototypes take 3–5 business days to produce.
What is the MOQ after I approve the samples?
Stock products start at 500 boxes. Fully custom packaging — printed boxes, display units — starts at 5,000 boxes. Standard samples ship within 1–3 days and are free for qualified buyers.
Do the samples come with certificates and test reports?
The kit ships with a document index listing what accompanies your order. The public records — MHRA registration, EU registration and the FDA cosmetic facility registration (MoCRA) — are listed with verification links on /resources, and test reports are available on request.
Are the skin-contact materials tested?
Yes. Skin irritation testing is carried out to ISO 10993-23:2021 and sensitisation testing is also on file, with reports available on request. If you are evaluating for sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test on a small area first. HLK makes no clinical efficacy claims for these products.
Can I request a specific product or size instead of the full kit?
Yes. Tell us which SKU, size and adhesive grade you want and we will build the box around it. Most buyers still take the full kit first, because comparing grades in the hand settles the spec faster than comparing datasheets.
