Real Conversations With Our Buyers
Screenshots of actual WhatsApp, WeChat and Telegram exchanges — cropped to the moment that matters, with names blurred, nothing reworded.
What you are looking at
Most suppliers show you a testimonial written by their own marketing team. These are not that. They are phone screenshots of working conversations, and you can open any one of them and read the original messages for yourself.
- Real, not staged. WhatsApp, WeChat and Telegram threads between our sales team and buyers. No marketing copy, no reconstructed conversations.
- Cropped, not rewritten. Each frame is cut down to the exchange that carries the story. A crop removes pixels; it does not change a single word.
- Names blurred, claims unblurred. Where a buyer’s first name sat inside a message it is blurred, and the chat header with the contact photo is cropped away. Everything the customer said stays exactly as they said it.
- Only what we can prove. We state a country or a product line only when the screenshot itself says so. Where it does not, we leave it out.
We sent the EUDAMED record before the order did
Before a first order we sent the buyer our EUDAMED manufacturer record, so they could check it themselves instead of taking our word for it. The reply was "Hey Lia, looks amazing!" — and then straight to packaging: LOT number, best-before date, ready to print.
A first import from China, and the patience that went into it
A new brand coming into the Spanish market, and a buyer who took the time to say thank you for the help. We picked the loose end up the same day: the details would go straight to our freight forwarder.
Artwork sent for approval. One word back.
A custom nasal-strip layout went to the buyer for sign-off. The answer came back as a single word: "Approved". No rework cycle, nobody chasing.
"Will make 500 bags in this design this time"
The design did not change, so the tool did not change. A repeat order ran on artwork that was already approved — which is the whole point of doing it properly the first time.
The UDI number was checked before it reached the packaging factory
UDI numbers end up printed on the bag, so we verify it before it goes to the packaging printer rather than after. The buyer noticed, in three one-word messages and two hearts.
One question before dispatch: same shipping address?
A mouth tape order for the United States. We confirmed the ship-to address against the order before the goods left the factory, and the buyer confirmed it straight back.
Tracking sent across, one reply: "Thank you bro"
Carrier tracking was passed on as soon as the shipment was picked up, not batched into a later digest. The FedEx reference is masked in the frame we publish.
"Working on Sat and Sunday?" — yes, and the buyer noticed
A buyer asked whether we work at the weekend. The answer was that the owner still puts several hours in at the office. The reply came back: "Wow you are great".
What These Conversations Actually Show
Eight exchanges, and the same working pattern in all of them.
Verification comes before the order
We send the buyer the register they can check us on — EUDAMED, the UK MHRA record, the ISO certificate numbers — before anyone is asked to place an order. If a buyer cannot verify it in five minutes, we have not sent the right document.
Details are checked before they are printed
A UDI number that reaches the packaging factory and is wrong is a reprint. We verify it character by character first. Artwork goes out for approval before it goes to print, and one word from the buyer is enough to start production.
Logistics answers are sent the same day
Addresses are confirmed against the order before dispatch. Tracking goes across as soon as the shipment is picked up. We do not batch logistics questions into a Friday digest.
Repeat orders should be boring
The best sign of a well-run private-label programme is that the second order needs no new tooling and no new conversation. Same design, same approval, straight into production.
